IMPORTANT PRE-ORDER INFORMATION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

  1. Re-orders will usually notice a slight difference in color. This variance is within the industry norm for the pleasing color standard we use. Continual changes and upgrading of materials, equipment, and software cause these minor color shifts

  2. Voided Checks may NOT be faxed or emailed scans, we must have an Original Voided check to guarantee accuracy of the check's information and for your protection. This applies to ALL check orders (including Reorders). If you are out of spare checks and are sending a payment check for the same account as the new checks, we can use the information on that check. If you have NO checks, then ask your bank for a Check Specification Sheet and send it along with your order, which helps us to process your order faster. In either case, if the information on the mailed voided check has changed (including the bank's information) please follow the steps below:

  3. Make Bank Address, Personal Information, and Account/Routing Number changes directly on your Voided Check (or payment check) and do the following:
       * Cross Out old information that will not appear on your new checks.
       * Print Clearly any new information on the Voided check you mail us.
       * Note:     If, instead, you choose to make changes to your check information directly on our Online Check Order Form in the section headed CHANGE IN CHECK PRINTING INFORMATION, we will go by that information instead of the information on the voided check you mail to us . We do NOT USE the information in the SHIPPING ADDRESS, nor the BILLING ADDRESS for the check, only the changes made on the voided check itself or the changes made using our online order form.

  4. Deposit Slips may not be faxed or emailed scans. A Deposit Slip is not required unless it has different numbers or different spacing from its check counter-part. If a deposit slip is not included, then Checks Your Way, Inc. will use the numbers found on the voided check. If in doubt mail us a deposit slip.

  5. If you are ordering Labels, please specify on a note exactly how the address should read (4 lines maximum).
       *     Note: Keep address lines short. Pictures on labels require some space, so long address lines may not fit. Also, we use standard capitalization and not "all-caps." Capitalized letters take more space than standard capitalization.
